Our story begins on Madison Avenue, in NYC, known around the world as the epicenter of the advertising industry. This is where creativity and ambition fueled every campaign. Kirsten Voege, founder of KiRated Communications, built her career working on campaigns for companies such as Johnson and Johnson, Eli Lilly, Home Depot, HBO and Zillow, American Express, L’Oréal, Merck and Verizon.
But something was missing. Beyond the bright lights of Madison Ave, Los Angeles and Chicago, Kirsten saw business owners craving independent, strategic guidance—someone who would treat their brand with the same care as a market shaping brand or Fortune 500 business.
Driven by this vision, she traded the corporate hustle and NYC subway commute for the collaborative energy of the Capital Region, bringing big-brand knowledge to businesses hungry for growth.
